Warner joins Leafly from Zillow, bringing over 14 years of experience in advertising sales and helping to drive online marketplace growth

SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Leafly Holdings, Inc. ("Leafly" or the "Company"), one of the world's leading cannabis discovery marketplaces and resources, today announced Rebecca Warner will join Leafly as Senior Vice President of Sales, overseeing the ongoing value creation for brands and retailers that want to reach shoppers on the Leafly platform.

More than 4,600 retailers and 7,800 brands are listed on the Leafly Marketplace, and more than 4 million orders were placed on the platform in 2020. Approximately 55% of North American retail licensees are currently subscribed to Leafly's marketplace and advertising services. In this role, Rebecca will oversee a significant planned ramp-up in investments to expand Leafly's customer base and offer expanded subscription and advertising opportunities complete with unmatched insights.

The addition of Warner to the executive team follows several key leadership hires since announcing the Company's intent to combine with Merida Merger Corp. I (NASDAQ: MCMJ) earlier this year.

Rebecca brings more than 14 years of experience designing and executing sales growth strategies at industry-leading online marketplaces. Most recently, Rebecca served as the Director of Rental Sales at Zillow, where she oversaw significant market share growth even through the pandemic. Prior to Zillow, she held director-level roles at Domain, a leading real estate marketplace in Australia.
