广发资本收购定价IPO筹资1亿美元

10:00 AM EST, 01/11/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Broad Capital Acquisition Corp. (BRACU), a blank check company, said Tuesday that it priced its initial public offering of 10 million units at $10 per unit for proceeds of $100 million.
Each unit consists of one share and one right to receive one-tenth of one share on the consummation of an initial business combination.
Underwriters have been given a 45-day option to buy up to an additional 1.5 million units to cover over-allotments.
When the units start separate trading, the shares are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbol "BRAC."
The offering is slated to close on Thursday.
