Astrea收购计划股东投票表决与HotelPlanner，Prevations.com的合并

12:23 PM EST, 01/28/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Astrea Acquisition (ASAXU) said Friday it will convene its shareholders at a special, virtual meeting on Feb. 15 to vote on its proposed merger with HotelPlanner and Reservations.com.
The combination with the blank-check company will take the travel technology company and online travel agency public, with the merged entity to be named HotelPlanner Inc. Its common shares and warrants are expected to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Markets under the tickers HOTP and HOTPW, respectively.
Astrea Acquisition said the merger is expected to close shortly following shareholder approval.
