04:49 PM EDT, 06/17/2022 (MT Newswires) -- EJF Acquisition's (EJFA) shareholders have approved its merger with Pagaya Technologies Ltd., a financial technology firm, the companies said Friday.
The decision came a day after Pagaya shareholders approved the deal, the companies said.

The transaction is set to close around June 22, following which the publicly listed company will be named Pagaya Technologies Ltd., and its Class A common shares and public warrants will trade on the Nasdaq stock market under the "PGY" and "PGYWW" ticker names, respectively, the companies said.
