04:52 PM EDT, 07/06/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Energy Services of America (ESOA) said Wednesday its board has authorized a share buyback program not exceeding 1 million shares, which is about 6% of its outstanding common stock.
The program has no expiration date and will start after the company's next earnings release in August.
