SuRo Capital宣布要约收购到期及最终结果

- SuRo Capital (NASDAQ:SSSS) said on Wednesday that in accordance with its previously announced Tender Offer, and based on the final count by Equiniti Trust Company, it will repurchase 2M shares at a price of $4.70/share on a pro rata basis.
- Shares of SSSS fell 5.2%.
- SSSS added that in conjunction with Equiniti Trust Company, it had determined the final proration factor for the tender offer is ~69.3%.
- The company said it is funding the repurchase of shares in the Tender Offer using a portion of its cash on hand.
