Lulus makes big bet on denim with new Levi Strauss partnership

Lulu's Fashion Lounge Holdings (NASDAQ:LVLU) announced it has entered into an extended partnership with Levi Strauss & Co. (NYSE:LEVI). The Lulus Loves: Levi’s collection will include trucker jackets, jeans, cutoff shorts, and jumpsuits.

The company said that Lulus Loves: Levi’s is part of its focus on curated edits, which were noted to bring together compelling brands that intersect with Lulus core customers. In particular, Lulus Loves: Levi's will feature the classic Levi’s silhouettes alongside more trendy styles.

"At Lulus, our goal is to be a one-stop-shop for all of life’s most important moments - and there is nothing better than donning a Levi’s classic style to an event, date night or anything in-between," stated Chief Merchandising Officer Laura Deady.

Shares of Lulu's Fashion Lounge (LVLU) are down 5.9% on a year-to-date basis. Levi Strauss (LEVI) has been on a hot streak and is up almost 37% year-to-date.
