Volcon将实施反向股票分割

Volcon (NASDAQ:VLCN) said it will implement a 1-for-100 reverse stock split of its common stock.
Due to the reverse stock split, the number of shares of common stock outstanding will be reduced from ~33.3 million shares to ~0.33 million shares, and the number of authorized shares of common stock will remain at 250 million shares.
