Lazydays任命Robert DeVincenzi为主席

- Lazydays (NASDAQ:GORV) said that lead independent director and former interim-CEO Robert DeVincenzi has been appointed chairman.
- DeVincenzi succeeded Christopher Shackelton in the role.
- After these changes, the board will consist of seven directors, six of whom are independent, the firm said.
- DeVincenzi was appointed to the board as lead independent director in October 2021, and served as interim CEO of the company from January 2022 to September 2022.
