Maximus将股票回购计划扩大至2亿美元

Government services employer and provider Maximus (NYSE:MMS) said on Wednesday that its board has authorized an expansion to its share repurchase program of up to an aggregate of $200M.
The company said this includes the ~$6M of remaining availability under the existing stock buyback program.
The company said the purchases are intended to be made opportunistically at prevailing market prices in the open market, or in privately negotiated transactions, with the amount and timing of purchases depending on market conditions, corporate needs and other factors.
Maximus said it has purchased 538,978 shares for ~$44.5M since March 31.
