Mustang Bio宣布250万美元注册直接发行

- Mustang Bio (NASDAQ:MBIO) on Thursday said it entered into a definitive agreement for the issuance and sale of 6.13M shares of common stock at a purchase price of $0.41 per share in a registered direct offering priced at-the-market.
- In a concurrent private placement, the company has also agreed to issue and sell unregistered warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 6.13M shares of its common stock.
- The offering is expected to close on or about June 21, 2024.
- Mustang intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes.
