Biote宣布以6000万美元协议回购830万股

biote corp (NASDAQ: BTMD) signed a binding term sheet with Marci M. Donovitz, stockholder of Biote, to resolve litigation.
For $60M in the aggregate, Biote will repurchase all the approximately 8.3M of the Paired Interests and/or Class A Shares, as applicable, owned by Donovitz and will release and cancel all the approximately 4.0M Paired Interests subject to contractual earnout provisions owned by Ms. Donovitz.
