Shineco (NASDAQ:SISI) on Thursday said it has commenced an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock and pre-funded warrants to purchase its shares of common stock.
All of the shares of common stock and pre-funded warrants and the shares of common stock underlying the pre-funded warrants are being offered by the company.
