纽马克延长交换纸币的提议

- Commercial real estate adviser Newmark Group (NASDAQ:NMRK) said on Monday it has extended an offer to exchange up to $475M of its outstanding 7.500% senior notes due 2029 to Wednesday, July 17, 5.00 PM New York City time.
- The company announced the offer on June 10, and was scheduled to expire at 5:00 PM New York City time on Friday, July 12.
- The company tendered ~$473.8M in aggregate principal amount, or 99.7%, of the outstanding old notes as of July 12.
