Augmedix将被Commure收购，交易估值约为1.39亿美元

- Augmedix (NASDAQ:AUGX) said on Friday that it is set to be acquired by the healthcare technology solutions provider Commure in an all-cash transaction, valuing the former at ~$139M.
- AUGX shareholders are set to receive $2.35 per share in cash, representing a premium of ~169% over the volume weighted average price of the company's shares for the 30 days ending July 18.
- Augmedix's board has unanimously approved the transaction.
- The transaction, expected to close in late Q3 or early Q4, is set to be funded from Commure's cash on hand and available liquidity.
- AUGX shares were trading +2.95% pre-market.
