Corsair Gaming下滑,贝尔德称第二季度“具有挑战性”,但图形处理器更新即将到来
2024-07-20 02:28
- Corsair Gaming (NASDAQ:CRSR) shares slid more than 11% on Friday as the computer gaming and peripherals company reported preliminary second-quarter results that were weaker-than-expected. Investment firm Baird called the quarter "challenging," but said a much-needed GPU refresh is coming.
- "Corsair reported another challenging quarter, as it appears the market for self-built PCs is stagnating ahead of a GPU refresh cycle, which could happen later this year or in early 2025," analyst Colin Sebastian wrote in a note to clients.
- "At this point, we believe Corsair will remain a 'show me' story, depending on broader market trends, although we continue to see the company as well-positioned with quality products catering to secular growth end markets," Sebastian, who has a Neutral rating on Corsair, added.
- Corsrair expects preliminary unaudited revenue to be approximately $261M for the period, well below analyst consensus estimate of $308.52M. The company said it expects the situation to recover in the second half of 2024 and 2025.
- Corsair Gaming is due to release its second-quarter results and financial outlook on August 1.
