Otis Worldwide (NYSE:OTIS) has appointed Cristina Méndez as CFO and executive vice president.

HSBC (NYSE:HSBC) has appointed veteran Georges Elhedery as the new chief executive, to spur growth amid geopolitical and economic tensions.

Li-Cycle (LICY) has announced the appointment of Craig Cunningham as the company’s permanent CFO.

Rockwell Automation (ROK) has appointed Christian Rothe as CFO and senior vice president.

BeiGene (BGNE) said it has appointed Aaron Rosenberg as CFO.

ChromaDex (CDXC) has appointed James Lee, the firm's current controller, as its interim CFO and interim principal accounting officer.

Envista Holdings (NVST) said that, Eric Hammes joined the company as CFO, effective August 8.
