- Serve Robotics (NASDAQ:SERV) entered into a securities purchase agreement with a single institutional investor for the purchase and sale, in a private placement, of pre-funded warrants to purchase 2.5M shares.
- It will include warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 2.5M shares at an exercise price of $6.00 per share.
- The offering is expected to close on or about July 24, 2024.
- Gross proceeds are expected to be ~$15M.
- Shares of Serve Robotics (SERV) slipped 6% on Tuesday.
