F5首席财务官Frank Pelzer辞职

Multi-cloud application security and delivery solutions provider — F5 (NASDAQ:FFIV) said that Frank Pelzer, executive VP and CFO plans to retire during the company’s first fiscal quarter 2025, which ends December 31, 2024.
In the meantime, Mr. Pelzer will continue in his current role at the company and will assist in the transition to his intended successor, Edward Cooper Werner, current senior VP of Finance, who is slated to be appointed upon Mr. Pelzer’s retirement.
The stock gained more than 11% on Tuesday after its Q3 earnings beat and Q4 outlook above estimates.
