Maurizio Nicolelli, chief financial officer, said, “Based on our current visibility for the remainder of the year and the ITI Data acquisition, we are raising the full-year guidance range for revenue. We now expect revenue to be in the range of $1.805 billion to $1.830 billion vs. $1.81B consensus, up from our prior guidance of $1.790 billion to $1.820 billion. This represents 11% to 12% year-over-year growth on both a reported and constant currency basis. We now expect our adjusted diluted earnings per share for 2024 to be in the range of $1.59 to $1.62 vs. $1.61 consensus, up from our prior guidance of $1.58 to $1.62, representing growth of 11% to 13% over the prior year.”
