Allego开始将股票从纽约证券交易所退市

Allego (NYSE:ALLG) said it has commenced the process to voluntarily delist its ordinary shares from the New York Stock Exchange.
The delisting comes after the completion of the previously announced tender offer by Madeleine Charging B.V.
The firm expects the last trading day on the NYSE will be on or about August 22.
