Converge宣布续签普通课程发行人竞标

- Converge Technology Solutions (OTCQX:CTSDF) said the Toronto Stock Exchange has approved the company's notice of intention to make a normal course issuer bid.
- Pursuant to the NCIB, Converge may purchase for cancellation up to an aggregate of 18.41M common shares, representing about 10% of Converge's public float of common shares as at July 31.
- The NCIB will commence on August 13 and terminate on August 12, 2025.
- Additionally, the company intends to enter into an automatic share purchase plan agreement with Canaccord Genuity to facilitate the repurchase of common shares.
