scPharmaceuticals从Perceptive Advisors获得1.25亿美元资金

- scPharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:SCPH) said it has entered into non-dilutive financings totaling up to $125 million with funds managed by Perceptive Advisors.
- The company said it has entered into a $75 million senior secured term loan agreement with Perceptive, and around $50 million will be provided to the company at close, which will refinance its existing debt.
- The firm has also entered into a $50 million capped revenue interest financing with Perceptive.
- Separately, SCPH said it intends to conduct a proposed underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock or, pre-funded warrants.
