- Siyata Mobile (NASDAQ:SYTA) said it has priced its public offering of ~$4 million of common shares, and/or pre-funded warrants to purchase common shares at a public offering price of $1.70 apiece.
- Shares dropped 28% in premarket trade.
- The firm expects to use the proceeds for for working capital, general corporate purposes, and payments to a third-party marketing agency for services related to marketing and advertising.
