B.莱利金融股价暴跌32%，延续暴跌

B. Riley Financial (NASDAQ:RILY) stock sank as much as 32% in Thursday morning trading after it had been halted twice for volatility. By 10:51 AM ET, it pared the loss to -18%.
Even before Thursday's open, the stock had lost more than half its value after a report that the Securities and Exchange Commission is looking into whether B. Riley (RILY) properly disclosed risks associated with some of its assets.
On Monday, B. Riley (RILY) said it expected to take a markdown of as much as $370M related to its investment in Franchise Group, leading to an expected loss for Q2. As a result, the company suspended its dividend.
Also on Monday, the company said the filing of its Q2 results will be delayed as it finalizes the valuations of some of its loans and investments. Riley (RILY) stock sank almost 52% on Monday alone.
In the preliminary earnings statement, the company also said it is continuing its strategic review of Great American Group and will update investors as appropriate.
