- Moleculin Biotech (NASDAQ:MBRX) announced the pricing of a public offering of about 2.5M shares of its common stock, Series A warrants to purchase up to 2.5M shares of common stock and Series B warrants to purchase up to 2.5M shares of common stock, at a combined price of $2.23 per share and accompanying warrants.
- The gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be approximately $5.5M and up to an additional approximately $11M in gross proceeds if the warrants are fully exercised for cash.
