OP Bancorp首席执行官退休

- OP Bancorp (NASDAQ:OPBK) said CEO Min Kim is set to retire as part of the regional bank's leadership succession plan.
- Kim has announced her retirement after more than forty years as a banking executive and nearly fifteen years as the company's president and CEO.
- Kim will continue to serve as a director, and post the June 2025 annual meeting of shareholders, she will become the board chair.
- Kim is set to succeed the retiring chairman, Brian Choi, who will assume the role of Chairman Emeritus.
- Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer Sang K. Oh will succeed Kim as CEO.
- The company said the changes will commence immediately, and will be completed no later than June 30, 2025.
