Xavier Niel的Atlas完成Millicom要约收购，将股份增至40.4%

Billionaire Xavier Niel's Atlas Luxco said it completed its tender offer for Latin American phone carrier Millicom International (NASDAQ:TIGO) and now has a 40.4% stake.

"Atlas is very pleased with the outcome of the Offers," he company said in a statement on Friday. "The Offers have offered liquidity to all Shareholders and the number of Shares tendered enables Atlas to further strengthen its position in the Company and support Millicom (TIGO) in the successful execution of its strategic plan."

The tender offer completion comes after Millicom (TIGO) earlier this month rejected an increased $4.4 billion or $25.75 a share bid from Niel's Atlas Luxco.
