Four Corners Property Trust以6，640万美元收购19处Bloomin ' Brands房产

- Four Corners Property Trust (NYSE:FCPT) has announced the acquisition of 19 Bloomin’ Brands restaurant properties, consisting of 20 total restaurants, for a purchase price of $66.4 million.
- The properties are under two long-term master leases of ten restaurants each and leased to corporate Bloomin’ Brands entities.
- As of the closing date, Bloomin’ Brands has become FCPT's third-largest tenant, accounting for approximately 3.3% of the company's cash rent. Outback Steakhouse and Carrabba’s Italian Grill, both under the Bloomin’ Brands umbrella, also hold significant positions within FCPT’s portfolio.
- Additionally, on account of this deal, Darden Restaurants will now comprise less than 50% of the company’s cash rent.
- This partnership underscores the strategic importance of Bloomin’ Brands to FCPT’s overall revenue stream.
- The transaction was priced at a cap rate in line with previous FCPT transactions.
