• Immunocore (NASDAQ:IMCR) said on Thursday chief financial officer and head of strategy Brian Di Donato plans to leave the company at the end of the year.
• Di Donato has accepted the role of chief executive officer at a private, early-stage biotech headquartered in San Diego, California. He will continue as the Immunocore’s (IMCR) CFO and head of strategy through the end of 2024, to ensure a smooth transition.
• Immunocore (IMCR) will initiate a search for a new CFO.
