Ensys Biosciences宣布500万美元同时发行，股价下跌

- Ensysce Biosciences (NASDAQ:ENSC) said on Thursday it has entered into an agreement to issue 3.5M of its common shares at a price of $0.47 per share in a registered direct offering.
- The company also entered into agreements to exercise certain outstanding warrants to purchase 7.2M shares of common stock originally issued in February, with an exercise price of $1.06 per share, at a reduced exercise price of $0.47 per share.
- The gross proceeds from the concurrent offerings are expected to be approximately $5M.
- ENSC (ENSC) stock slipped about 35.2% during Thursday trading hours.
