BurgerFi International收到纳斯达克的缺陷通知

- BurgerFi International (NASDAQ:BFI) said it has received deficiency notices from Nasdaq over the firm's failure to timely file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q, and for the composition of board committees arising from the resignation of directors.
- The firm is required to submit a plan to Nasdaq to regain compliance with respect to the delinquent Q2 Form 10-Q, and if accepted, it has until Feb 18 to implement the plan.
- With regard to the composition of its audit committee and compensation committee, the firm has to submit a plan to the Nasdaq, and if accepted, it has until February 24 to evidence compliance.
