德克萨斯资本银行将收购约4亿美元的医疗保健投资组合

- Texas Capital Bancshares (NASDAQ:TCBI) said on Friday that it is set to acquire a portfolio of ~$400M in committed exposure to companies in the healthcare sector.
- The move comes considering the company's multi-year coverage and capability build in its corporate banking healthcare vertical.
- The transaction is expected to close in September.
- The company sold ~$1.24B of available-for-sale securities with an average book yield of 1.23%.
- The proceeds were used to purchase $1.06B of securities at a yield of 5.26%. The company expects the deal to contribute an incremental $35M to $40M in net interest income on an annualized basis, based on the federal funds futures curve.
- Texas Capital said it generated $139M in after-tax loss by the repositioning, which is expected to result in a net loss for Q3.
- TCBI expects to reduce anticipated 2025 non-interest expense by ~$30M. The reduction results from "material investments made over the previous three years".
