Ryan Specialty的部门重新定价，扩大定期贷款规模

- Ryan Specialty (NYSE:RYAN) said its indirect unit, has agreed with lenders to refinance its existing term loan and increase the size of the term loan facility.
- The aggregate size of the term loan facility after closing is now expected to be $1.7 billion.
- The proceeds of the incremental term loan are expected to be applied to reduce the outstanding borrowings under the firm's revolving credit facility.
- The term loan facility is forecasted to bear interest at a rate of SOFR plus 2.25%.
- The maturity date is also expected to be extended to 2031.
