国际游戏技术公司定价5亿欧元高级担保票据

- International Game Technology (NYSE:IGT) said on Wednesday it has priced €500M 4.250% senior secured notes due 2030 to be issued by IGT Lottery Holdings, a subsidiary of IGT.
- Application has been made for the notes to be listed on the official list of Euronext Dublin and admitted to trading on the Global Exchange Market of Euronext Dublin.
- IGT intends to use the proceeds from the sale of the notes to redeem the $499.9Mof IGT's 6.500% notes due February 15, 2025, and for general corporate purposes.
