SS & C科技公司将以6.7亿美元收购Batta-Class Action Services

- SS&C Technologies (NASDAQ:SSNC) said it will acquire Battea-Class Action Services for ~$670 million.
- The firm expects the deal to be accretive over the next 12 months.
- The company also said it plans to fund the purchase with a combination of debt and cash on hand.
