Energy Vault收到纽约证券交易所不合规通知

Energy Vault Holdings (NYSE:NRGV) said on Friday that it has received notice from the NYSE indicating that it is not in compliance with NYSE’s continued listing standards, as the average closing price of its stock was less than $1 over a consecutive 30 trading-day period.
The notice does not result in the immediate delisting of Energy Vault’s common stock from the NYSE.
Energy Vault (NRGV) said it intends to consider available alternatives to cure the stock price non-compliance.
