Kyverna Therapeutics任命Warner Biddle为首席执行官，接替Peter Maag

- Kyverna Therapeutics (NASDAQ:KYTX) has announced the appointment of Warner Biddle as the Co.'s CEO and a member of its Board of Directors.
- Mr. Biddle succeeds Peter Maag, Ph.D., who has resigned from his role as CEO and a member of the Board, effective immediately.
- In addition, Kyverna announced the appointment of Christi Shaw to its Board of Directors. Ms. Shaw succeeds Brian Kotzin, M.D., who has decided to step down from the Board of Directors.
