Healthcare Realty宣布领导层变动，重申2024年指导方针

Healthcare Realty Trust is reaffirming its 2024 guidance, and at the same time, advising of changes in its C-suite.
The REIT sees normalized FFO per share $1.53-$1.58 for the year. Consensus is $1.55.
Effective Oct. 1, the following executive changes will take place: Austen Helfrich will become interim CFO, succeeding Kris Douglas, who is leaving. Rob Hull will become COO.
Ryan Crowley is advancing to EVP and CIO. Julie Wilson will become chief administrative officer.
