Nuvalent宣布5亿美元大规模股票发行定价

- Nuvalent (NASDAQ:NUVL) has announced the pricing of an upsized underwritten public offering of 5 million shares of Class A common stock at $100.00 a share, for an expected gross proceeds to be approximately $500.0 million.
- The offering was upsized from the previously announced offering of $350 million.
- All shares are being offered by Nuvalent.
- The offering is expected to close on September 18, 2024.
- In addition, the underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of Class A common stock at the public offering price.
