Invesco California Value Municipal Income Trust -- Moody's withdraws rating of Invesco California Value Municipal Income Trust

Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") has withdrawn the Aa2 long term rating of the Variable Rate Muni Term Preferred (VMTP) Shares issued by Invesco California Value Municipal Income Trust (VCV). Moody's has decided to withdraw the ratings for its own business reasons.
