与Blank-Check公司高度计完成业务合并后，Grab上市首日股价飙升

11:40 AM EST, 12/02/2021 (MT Newswires) -- Grab Holdings (GRAB) stock soared in its stock market debut following the completion of its business combination with blank-check company Altimeter Growth Corp. (AGC)
Stock stood at $9.50 close to midday trading after opening at $13.06 on the Nasdaq. Trading volume was just over 16.5 million shares.
On deal completion, ride-hailing company Grab secured $4.5 billion in gross proceeds, which include $4 billion of fully committed private investment in public equity led by $750 million from funds managed by Altimeter Capital Management.
