04:51 AM EST, 01/10/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Social Capital Suvretta Holdings (DNAC), a special purpose acquisition company, is in merger discussions with technology-based cognitive therapies startup Akili Interactive and medical technology company ProKidney, according to two separate Saturday reports by Bloomberg News.
The combined entity with Akili Interactive could be valued at more than $800 million, while the deal with ProKidney could create a merged company more than $1 billion, according to the sources.
An agreement has not yet been reached and it is possible the talks could fall apart, Bloomberg reported.
Representatives for all three parties did not respond to requests for comment.
