Leafly，Merida合并公司I完成合并

04:26 PM EST, 02/04/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Merida Merger Corp. I (MCMJ) said Friday it closed its merger with Leafly Holdings in a deal taking the online cannabis listings provider public.
The blank check company adopted the Leafly name following the merger, it said. The combined company's common shares will start trading on the NASDAQ Stock Market under the ticker symbol LFLY Feb. 7.
