- Highest Performances Holdings (NASDAQ:HPH) Thursday said it signed a second supplementary agreement with Singapore White Group to acquire a 77.5% stake in Singapore White Lingjun.
- Singapore White Lingjun has been engaged in developing and manufacturing artificial intelligence humanoid hardware products with proprietary technology since 2014.
- Under the deal terms, Highest Performances would issue about 20.76M American Depositary Shares, equivalent to 31.14M ordinary shares of the company, to White Group.
- HPH is expected to complete the transaction by the end of June 2024.
