Satellogic的部门宣布获得Tether Investments Limited的投资

- Satellogic (NASDAQ:SATL) announced that Nettar Group, a unit of the company, entered into a Note Purchase Agreement pursuant to which it agreed to issue floating rate secured convertible promissory notes in the amount of $30M to Tether Investments.
- The net proceeds from the offering were approximately $27.6M.
- Nettar Group has the ability to issue additional secured convertible notes, provided the aggregate principal amount outstanding does not exceed $50M.
