Oil-Dri将以4600万美元收购南卡罗来纳州Ultra Pet

- Oil-Dri Corporation of America (NYSE:ODC) said on Tuesday it had entered into a definitive agreement to acquire privately-held Ultra Pet for $46M in cash.
- According to ODC, South Carolina-based Ultra Pet is a supplier of silica gel-based crystal cat litter with annual net sales of ~$24M.
- ODC added it expects to finance the acquisition through a combination of cash-on-hand and its existing credit facilities.
- The company expects the deal to be immediately accretive to earnings following the completion of the transaction.
- The deal is expected to close in ODC's fourth quarter of fiscal year 2024, the company added.
