- Scilex (NASDAQ:SCLX) stock fell 3.8% in pre-market trade, after it said it is looking to raise $15M through a direct offering of 15M shares of its common stock and warrants.
- The company set the purchase price at $1.00 per share of common stock and accompanying warrant to purchase one share of common stock.
- The warrants will have an exercise price of $1.10 per share.
