NeoVolta任命Ardes Johnson为首席执行官

- NeoVolta (NASDAQ:NEOV) on Wednesday appointed Ardes Johnson as its new Chief Executive Officer.
- Johnson will officially assume his new role on April 29 and his predecessor, Brent Willson, founder and CEO of NeoVolta, will continue his role as Chairman of the Board and now serve as CTO.
- Johnson joins NeoVolta from Meyer Burger Americas, where, he was the President and General Manager. Prior to Meyer Burger, Johnson held various leadership roles in the energy space.
- NEOV +5.03% premarket to $2.09.
