Toughbuilded Industries宣布纳斯达克不合规通知

- Toughbuilt Industries (NASDAQ:TBLT) said on Thursday it had received a Nasdaq notice stating that the company was not in compliance with the stock exchange's listing rules.
- According to the Nasdaq notice, TBLT has not yet filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023.
- TBLT said it has 60 calendar days from April 19, 2024, to submit a plan to Nasdaq outlining its anticipated steps to regain compliance with the listing rule.
- The company added it plans to submit the plan explaining the strategy to make the required SEC filings, and to regain compliance with the listing rule.
